InfoTek Netalia Ltd.(INL) is a well established company, offering IT and IT Enabled Services with Voice and Data services in almost all major verticals of BPO. We have been catering to various organizations for technology related services under our IT enabled services.

The setting up of INL is the culmination of a desire to set up a Company to provide  IT Enabled services. Realizing the untapped potential and to attain first mover advantage in BPO sector, the Promoters pooled their minds and resources together and the result was evolution of a Company, which strongly projects its diverse business experience and its entry into IT Enabled services is a conscious move towards the arena of Information Technology.

We use the latest technology to handle transfer of Voice files, Job assignment, Data Entry & Conversion, Accounting & Auditing, Data capturing, OCR & ICR and Application form processing.

Our Location

The Registered Office and Production Centers of INL is located in a fastest developing city i.e., Pune ,in the state of Maharashtra ( India ). Care has been taken to select a location that is easily accessible to all the people by any means of transportation.

Pune as such has the highest internet penetration as compared to all other cities in India and is strategically located just 150 Kms from the capital Mumbai ( Bombay ). With around 23 technical institutes and almost same number of management colleges, Pune is know for easy availability of highly skilled and qualified professionals.

 
   

Our Feedback Systems

Continuous feedback received directly from the clients is given to all production employees on their work for continuous improvement.

The Feedback recived from Clients is also merged up with our training modules and used for traning sessions.This helps us in updating our training modules on regurlar basis and also improvisation starts from the roots itelf.
